Camping and caravanning – what do you want in a site?

I’m opening up a camp site for caravans, tents and motorhomes in the North East UK. What do you want in a site? Obviously I have all the bases covered such as facilities but are there any little things that you’ve seen at a sight that made you think "that’s a really good idea" – any help and suggestions gratefully recieved!
(Just to add, yes I’ve posted this before, I’m just looking for more answers so am posting it in a different category)

Hi, good luck with your venture.
My personal wish would be for a non-barbecue area, so that I would not have to suffer the acrid smoke that emanates from the cremated remains of dead animals.

Does anyone know of a good camping site in Western Australia?

We are looking for an inexpensive camping site (not caravan park site) that is next to a lake or water. Somewhere between Perth and Bunbury. We like to rough it, so in the bush would be good as long as it’s close to a lake or such. Thanks if anyone can help.

Any where on the collie river is beitiful especially closer to collie
